Sandoa’s new mom

Sandoa has become very attached to Esperance, who has not had a bonobo baby since her little Vanga 3 years ago. Vanga is now the nursery terror, replacing Boyoma who went to group 3. I’m sure he’s not happy about the new arrival, but Lomela adores Sandoa. In typical Lomela fashion, she is just so gentle and sweet, despite being twice as big as any of the other bonobos in the nursery, she’s no bully. She touches Sandoa softly every now and then, as if to let her know that she might be sad now, but everything will be alright.

What a little sweetie! I’m so glad Sandoa has a new mama and made friends with Lomela. I hope she’ll be OK and grow up happy and strong.

Any news on little Lukuru?

Thanks,
s.

Big hugs to Esperance and Sandoa…and I am not surprised by
our darling Lomela…she always seemed such a gental soul
despite all the tragedy she has experienced…would love to see an
updated picture of her and the terror Kata soon, if possible!

All good wishes to Sandoa, what a sweetie! She`s is so adorable.
I would love to see a picture of Lomela and Kata as well. Lomela is undoubted my favourite.
Love, Dorraine
